Some application and upload portals limit an image to 200KB or less. A phone photo can be several megabytes even when it looks small on screen. SizeOK gives you a clear target instead of making you guess which quality percentage will pass.
Requirements vary. Always check the destination website's format, dimensions, aspect ratio, minimum size, and other photo requirements.
How it works

Why target-size compression?
Traditional compressors often ask for a quality percentage. That can leave you guessing whether the final file will pass a form's limit. SizeOK works from the requirement itself: the output must stay at or below 200KB.
The result may be 180KB, 195KB, or another valid size. SizeOK does not artificially enlarge a file just to reach exactly 200KB.
JPEG and PNG images
JPEG is usually more efficient for photographs. PNG can be useful for transparency, graphics, screenshots, and text, but complex PNG files may need a larger resolution reduction to fit a small target.
The destination website may require a specific format. Check its instructions before uploading.
